Yes, natural stones are used in our designs. if there are any non-natural stones used, it will be stated clearly.

However, with the use of natural stones, there may be flaws in the beads and these are 100% natural. It’s these flaws that make these naturally beautiful.

Yes! Please include your wrist size in the check out box, and we will adjust it accordingly. Do note that the design may be slightly different due to the sizing differences, but we will keep it as close as possible!

If you would like extra strings, in case you want to do the restringing, let us know! We will include extra strings for you.

By default, the bracelets will fit 16-17cm.

In the event that the bracelet was broken or damaged at the time of unboxing, or it broke after wearing it for less than 6 months, please drop us an email at hello@wearabledepth.com, we will offer a one-time free restringing service.

Refunds are not accepted. And exchange for a different product due to change of mind is also not accepted.
